Snap Pea benchmarks

snappea check on the P tutorial projects, every commit on main. Fixed tests, schedule counts and seed, so only speed changes between commits. Wall-clock time, median of several runs on a shared GitHub runner (expect ±10% noise). GitHub assigns runners with different CPUs whose speeds differ by up to 40%, so each CPU model is its own line and is compared only with itself. Source: scripts/bench.py.
